With over 20 years of construction project management and municipal construction contracting experience, the Eatherly Team consults on difficult projects with a high level of project management expertise. We focus on collaborative work between the public and private sectors.

SAE Construction, Inc. specializes in project management, design-build, CMAR and competitive bid-build services. We have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in varied locations. Because SAE Construction is based in Yuma, Arizona, we can provide construction services throughout the western United States.

Project Management Success

Successful project management in both the public and private sector is based on three basic elements:

• Managing both job cost and project timeline
• Simultaneously ensuring that the owner’s project requirements are meet
• Identifying and meeting the owner’s expectations

To ensure that, a project development document simply titled “Owner’s Project Requirements” or OPR is used. This is prepared upfront and used to measure both design and construction to ensure that both requirements and expectation carry through to project close-out. Change is a necessary component of any project and it is important to capture and document these as they occur to ensure success.

This system of project management is scalable to any project from a simple landscape in the front of your business to complete a 150,000 square foot office building.
